Advance Payment Requirement
Customers must pay half of the total cost of the services or products before we begin any work. This ensures sufficient funds to cover the cost and that both parties are committed to the project.
Payment Terms
All payments for services or products must be made in full and in advance as outlined above. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We reserve the right to terminate our services if payment is not received timely.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 30 days of the request.
Service or Product Guarantee
We guarantee that our services and products will meet industry standards. We will make every effort to correct any issues, but we are not liable for any damages or loss resulting from their use.
Confidentiality
We have strict confidentiality policies in place to protect customer information and will not share it with third parties without consent.
Intellectual Property
All work produced by ByDEVs is protected by copyright laws and is the sole property of ByDEVs until paid in full. Upon payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work.
Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of our terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
Licensing Information
Users are granted a license to use our services for specified purposes, with restrictions. Our intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, is protected and cannot be used without permission.
User Contributions
Users retain rights to their content but grant ByDEVs a license to use it as necessary. This includes any text, images, or other media uploaded to our platform.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages or losses incurred is limited as outlined in this clause, protecting us from excessive claims.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany and the EU. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, court jurisdiction, or informal negotiations as specified.
